How does this work technically? +
We connect to your UPS and FedEx billing data via read-only API access. We scan every shipment against carrier service guarantees (Ground, 2-Day, Express, etc.) and flag anything that missed its commitment window. When we find a late delivery, we file a refund claim through the carrier's standard GSR (Guaranteed Service Refund) process — this is a formal, documented process that UPS and FedEx built into every shipping contract. We're submitting tracking data that proves a package was late. No negotiations, no disputes, no phone calls on your behalf.
Is my data safe? +
We use read-only access on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. We never touch your shipments, customer data, or modify anything on your account. Credentials are encrypted at rest, rotated on a schedule, and you can revoke access with one click anytime.
What carriers do you support? +
UPS and FedEx. USPS doesn't offer guaranteed service refunds on most services, so we don't cover them yet. DHL is on the roadmap.
How long until I see money? +
Most clients see their first recovered refunds within 2–3 weeks of connecting. After the first cycle, credits land weekly on a rolling basis.
What's the catch? +

Will this affect my carrier relationship? +
No. Filing GSR claims is a standard, documented process built into every UPS and FedEx shipping contract.
